is a soft cover 6" x 9"publication, 84 pages, and 29 recipes with colour photos for each recipe.
Gails Raw Temptations is a collection of deserts
that I have created that are part of my raw diet. All use raw ingredients, no
cooking involved and are healthy alternatives to regular cooked deserts.
They mimic the regular cooked cakes in texture, looks and flavor. The carrot cake is a fine example of this. Also the brownie bars, making them a great healthy snack for children.
How can a regular slice or bar with chocolate icing be recreated using raw products, no sugar or chocolate, but taste amazing?
